LET’S CONNECT
Prior to switching to Product Design, professional mentorship wasn’t really on my radar. Formal schooling and experience are enough for me to succeed, I convinced myself. While I was able to get by with this mentality and no mentor in the my old career, I learned almost immediately that mentorship is essential to succeeding in this field. In fact, I’d argue that those without mentors, or who at the very least don’t seek out advice from more seasoned pros, are missing a critical step on the pathway to being a great UX’er.
