Kikori
Role: Project Manager, UX Researcher/Designer
Duration: 4 months
Tools: Canva, Figma
Scope: Kikori is an Experiential Social and Emotional Learning (eSEL) platform dedicated to supporting educators and students through interactive learning. To enhance usability and engagement, my team conducted in-depth user interviews, iterative design cycles, and both low and high-fidelity testing to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Our redesign focused on enhancing accessibility by simplifying navigation and reducing cognitive load, leveraging gamification through a badge system to drive engagement, and streamlining user interactions for a more seamless, efficient experience. By improving the platform’s usability standards, we delivered a solution that balanced functionality, motivation, and intuitive interaction, ultimately improving both user satisfaction and platform adoption.
